“KNOW” in discipleship means developing a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ through intentional study of God’s Word, prayer, and worship. As we come to know Him more, we grow in understanding His character, His teachings, and His calling for our lives (Philippians 3:10, NASB). This foundation of knowing Christ is essential for true discipleship, shaping our faith and fueling our desire to follow Him wholeheartedly.
“GROW” in discipleship means continually maturing in faith through biblical teaching, spiritual disciplines, and Christ-centered community. As we grow, we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, becoming more like Jesus in our thoughts, actions, and relationships (Romans 12:2, NASB). This growth equips us to live out our faith boldly and disciple others in their journey with Christ.
“GO” in discipleship means actively living out our faith by sharing the gospel, serving others, and making disciples as Jesus commanded. We are called to take the message of Christ beyond the church walls, reaching people in our communities and around the world (Matthew 28:19-20, NASB). As we go, we trust in God’s power and presence, knowing that He equips us for the work of His kingdom.
